Living Waters Koi & Aqua Farm
Born from a forest on Vancouver Island in 2016, Living Waters Koi & Aqua Farm emerged. The goal was to create a streamlined commercial aquaponics system (Growing plants and fish in the same system, using the nutrients from the fish waste to fertilize the plants) and develop the property into a profitable aquatic farm. We have achieved a successful design/build and currently have the capacity to produce 2000 heads of romaine lettuce weekly and 50lbs of basil. Everything we produce on the farm is grown without the use of manufactured fertilizers/herbicides/insecticides/etc.
